(2) 4-hour classes- Learn from a certified QuickBooks instructor who has been teaching this class for over 5 years. Maureen Sitting, owner of SoCo Business Solutions, Inc. and an extremely knowledgeable and engaging instructor, will teach you how to set up your chart of accounts, create customer and vendor records, record sales receipts, invoices and payments and reconcile bank accounts. You will work on brand new laptop computers using QuickBooks 2012. Dates for the 2-part class: Tuesday, November 27th and Thursday November 29th from 9-2 with a one hour break for lunch (on your own). Seating is limited, so register early. Registration requests will be monitored through the weekend if you are interested in signing up.

Temperature varies so dress in layers or bring a sweater. This class is NOT designed for people who use QuickBooks Online. We will be using QuickBooks 2012 software. Laptops and handouts with space for notes will be provided. Please feel free to ask Maureen questions about your personal bookkeeping, but understand that you will not be able to set up your own company during the class. The rate for the 2-part class is $175 . Checks made out to Texas State SBDC and exact cash are accepted but online payment by credit card is preferred:http://uweb.txstate.edu/gao/sbdc/
NOTE: Full refunds will only be made for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the training event.
